 On Monday, the Houthi militia announced the contents of the presentation carried by the Omani delegation, which held meetings with Houthi leaders over a period of 4 days in Sanaa, which it left on Sunday.

 The Houthi leader, Mahdi Al-Mashat, head of the Revolutionary Political Council, said that the consultations with the Omani delegation carried positive ideas related to the humanitarian file, foremost of which was the payment of salaries to all state employees from oil and gas revenues, the full opening of Sana'a airport and the port of Hodeidah, the opening of roads and the exchange of prisoners.

This came during Al-Mashat's meeting with the leaders of the coup, members of the Supreme Political Council, the Speakers of Parliament and the Council of Ministers, and the Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs, where he recounted the militia's vision and requirements that it had previously set and discussed with the Omani delegation.

On the other hand, no position was issued on the legitimacy on the points mentioned by Al-Mashat, which included new and free concessions to the militias that would be added to the list of Houthi gains that they reap from all previous agreements and truces.

The content of the Houthi discussions with the Omani delegation, which Al-Mashat considered positive, adopted the Houthi vision, which was mainly an Iranian formula launched in 2016 AD by the decimated Qassem Soleimani, the commander of the foreign operations of the Revolutionary Guards, including his supervision of Iran's arm in the region, the Houthi militia.

 The Houthi militia stipulates the legitimization of its coup against the state and the usurpation of power by force of arms by lifting restrictions on airports and ports and allowing the flow of support to areas under its control without control or objection by the legitimacy, the coalition or the United Nations.

With regard to salaries, the militia's talk of paying them from oil and gas revenues is considered a cancellation of a previous agreement that stipulated the supply of fees for oil shipments arriving at the port of Hodeidah in a special account in the Central Bank in Hodeidah, which is allocated for paying the salaries of employees in unliberated areas.
