اخبار اليمن : Al-Zubaidi meets the leaders of the parties and urges them to unite to confront the Houthis

 A member of the Presidential Leadership Council, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, stressed the importance of national alignment at this critical stage in Yemen's history, stressing that getting the country out of the cycle of war and crises is a national responsibility that everyone bears without exception.

This came when he received a number of ambassadors and leaders of parties and civil society organizations at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, this evening (Tuesday).

The meeting was attended by Dr. Yassin Saeed Noman, Yemen's ambassador to the United Kingdom, and a delegation from the Nasserite Organization party headed by the party's Secretary-General Abdullah Noman, former Foreign Minister Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi, and Sultan Al-Atwani, a member of the Nuba, and a number of party leaders.

Al-Zubaidi stressed that "the opportunity is favorable and will not be repeated in light of the great support of the brothers in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and everyone should be aware of the sensitivity of the stage and the difficulty of the situation."

 For their part, the ambassadors and party leaders offered their congratulations to Al-Zubaidi on the occasion of the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council and the success of the Riyadh consultations, affirming their full support and standing behind the leadership of the Council in its fateful battle to restore security, stability and peace to the war-weary country.

 In this context, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, received a delegation from the Al-Rashad Party, led by Sheikh Muhammad bin Musa Al-Amiri, head of the party.

Al-Zubaidi stressed, during the meeting, that the stage calls for concerted efforts and mobilization of energies at all levels to get the country out of the cycle of war and crises.

He stressed the importance of uniting the ranks in the face of the Houthi militia, which insists on continuing its attacks against defenseless civilians, ignoring all regional and international peace calls.

For their part, the leaders of the Rashad Party offered congratulations and blessings to Major General Al-Zubaidi, on the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council and the success of the Riyadh consultations, expressing their support and backing for the new leadership in its national tasks, and their willingness to work with the leadership of the Presidential Leadership Council to address the imbalances at various levels.
